Decent, but could be faster

I ordered a facial cleansing brush and a microcurrent facial device. The products themselves seem high quality, especially the facial brush which feels well-made. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, about 8 days to reach me in Texas. The packaging was good, everything arrived safe. I think they could improve the tracking updates – it wasn't as detailed as some other places. Price-wise, it was fair for what I got. Customer service was responsive when I asked about shipping, so that was a plus. Overall, I'm happy with the items, just wish shipping was a tad quicker.

I have the Ellora Beauty IPL and my friend has the Kenzzi. Honestly, they feel pretty similar in terms of results. Kenzzi might have a slightly nicer build but Ellora's works fine for me.
